Statement

Melina Braß, (*1996) works as a multimedia artist and is currently based in Vienna. They draw inspiration from both pop culture and fine art to explore topics of coming of age, teenage longing, girlhood and mental health. Revolving around autobiographical motives, their work develops from the personal into the bigger picture and shows how certain personal states can be situated in collective experience.
